Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers a mix of good and not-so-great aspects. The rooms feel a bit like an old motel, lacking views and soundproofing, but they come with a separate lounge area and necessary amenities. The location, while a bit far from the sea, still boasts a private beach alongside the wider public beach. Service stands out with helpful and friendly staff, although they initially struggled with a lost bag. Dining provides some variety but falls slightly short in terms of excitement. Despite its imperfections, the hotel creates a relaxing atmosphere perfect for enjoying the surroundings.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious on two levels and clean, so close to the beach, with great food. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The location was stunning with opportunities for snorkeling and diving nearby, though there wasn't much else to do in the immediate area. The dining experience was amazing, with a wide variety of Asian and European dishes.
The hotel is located in a beautiful garden, close to the beach, offering great food. The rooms were lovely and clean, but some parts felt old and in need of a refresh.
I had a superb stay at the hotel! The rooms are pretty spacious and clean, and I was lucky to have a superior cottage with a wonderful sea view. However, the rooms are not soundproof. The service was top-notch with extremely nice staff attending to our wishes promptly. The location was perfect, close to the beach and very calm, offering a spot for beautiful sunset views and a private beach with corals. The dining was decent with a variety of western and eastern dishes, but the buffet setup lacked curtains or air conditioning. Overall, a great experience away from the busy world where relaxation is guaranteed!
I had a perfect view of the gorgeous Andaman Sea from my room, which was adequately furnished with bathrobes, slippers, umbrella, toiletries, beverages, and a balcony with two chairs. However, the room's distance from the resort facilities required either a fair bit of walking or waiting for the hotel car every 30 minutes. The service was super friendly and helpful, making my stay very comforting, but I did face some issues with the dining tables. The location on Phi Phi Island was wonderful, with a private beach and beautiful gardens, but being the furthest hotel meant limited options nearby.
The hotel is beautifully situated between the beach and the rooms, offering very nice accommodations. However, the distance to reception areas may require either a fair bit of walking or waiting for hotel transportation every 30 minutes. The service, though friendly and helpful in the restaurant Prieecher, left me feeling swindled and unlikely to return, which is a shame considering the natural wonder of the island.
